Watching food folks on YouTube is often quite amusing. If you put Jalapeno's in a bowl of Fruit Loops, suddenly it's "Mexican Inspired". Of course that didn't happen, but it's a pretty fair example of how they have no idea about what they're making.

Just grilled some smoked sausage links. It occurred to me: if a package of any food says "easy open" it means find a box cutter, angle grinder and pliers to get to the food.

Good Morning @smerconish I watch your show every week. This morning had me laughing. My Father also had the ability to whistle loudly. Be home by dark etc. If I couldn't hear him whistle, I was beyond my wandering limit. Wooded areas etc. We grew up with a lot in common.

When I run across a YouTube video that starts with "first the unboxing" I click on to the next thing. I don't care if it comes in a box, I clicked to see what it is. At least some are honest and put "unboxing" in the title so I know to keep surfing. Why "unboxing"? I just dunno.

I saw a review of this on YouTube, so I gave it a shot. Sometimes ya just don't feel like cooking... Anyway, I'd add more sausage to it in the future. Otherwise it wasn't home made but from freezer to fork in less than 10 minutes I give it an 8 out of 10!

Yep, I'm a Native Texan. Yep, it's August here so it's hot. Yep, I made chili and I'll eat some every day this week no matter how hot it is. Both indoor outdoor temps as well as the bowl. 😅
