So far, Putin’s war, borne of his own insecurity and nihilism, has: • unified the West • unified Ukraine • drawn condemnation of even Orban (!) • exposed the weakness of his own army • cratered Russia’s crap economy • made Zelensky into a legend

What is happening now in Ukraine is out of ordinary. Putin has gone full Hitler. The response of the West should be extraordinary too. Options that were not on the table yesterday must be considered. No-fly zone over Ukraine is one of them. There are other ones too

We will not let President Putin tear down Europe's security architecture. He should not underestimate the resolve and strength of our democracies. The European Union stands with Ukraine and its people. Ukraine will prevail.

Ok, so I’m reading how US, UK, some EU states telling their citizens to leave Ukraine NOW. As I am a Ukrainian staying in Kyiv I’m calling to the US, UK & EU member states to block assets of Putin oligarchs NOW and ban NOW entry to the West for their family members.

No 10 planning to lower the salary level for student loan repayments in addition to NI increases, energy costs skyrocketing, rents, fuel and food prices increasing, and wages stagnant. Most young people have nothing left at the end of the month. They're working just to exist.

How can No 10 look at a generation of young people who have given up 18 months of their life, spent most of their income renting homes they'll never be able to buy and still think these are the people we should squeeze more money from. There's almost no point in working anymore.
