Real experience: When i was fat and sick : Everybody was okay with it. No one saying anything except family members. In 2014: When I started awakening @ 5am Cut sugar. Started going gym. Started reading daily Started eating healthy. Everybody : This is madness & nobody can sustain this routine. But in 2014 i started normal things only, still i am doing normal things only . Society takes it abnormal. They don’t want you to thrive . Awake from your deep sleep , take control of your body and life .
@Wegiveyouhealt1 So when I was 200lbs. 5'5" family said nothing. Went keto down 149. Family said you're too skinny. My reply you never said a word when I was fat & now you speak up. I said you have no voice in my health. They got it!
@Wegiveyouhealt1 When we do something different from the masses, and the results are seen by them, it reminds them that they too could/should do something. But they don’t have the inner power to do it and so they try to cut you down to keep you where they are so they feel better about themselves
@Wegiveyouhealt1 @StickmanBleedin Easier transition when young.
@Wegiveyouhealt1 Pray that one day your critics will join your health journey. Peace
@Wegiveyouhealt1 Use capital I when referring to yourself and get much better. You are great and refer to yourself with greatness.
@Wegiveyouhealt1 Junk food and life style became so normalised that when you start eating healthy People call it diet No it’s not diet ,it is a lifestyle
@Wegiveyouhealt1 I was tired, unhappy, had zero motivation and was in pain. I started by just changing diet, cutting out processed foods and intermittent fasting for 8 months and lost 70 lbs. have since started going to the gym. I wish I could go back and start sooner. I feel great. Keep going.
@Wegiveyouhealt1 The normal American diet is horrible. Sugar is poison. When people realize that getting healthy not only helps the body but the mind they are amazed. Eat good (whole food, keto, carnivore), take vitamins/supplements, and at min 20 min workout 4 times a week.
