I’ve just got back after a lovely few hours with this lovely lady - Margaret Bell, Gut health expert, Anti diet coach and Author. We had a lovely chat and walk along the River Mersey near Port Sunlight with a fantastic view of Liverpool and up/down the river. Thanks Margaret 🤗
Had a really interesting teams with Dr Rachel Briggs. I know much more about her work around ‘reflective supervision’ and how it helps those in Ed to navigate the impact of our work on ‘us’. Makes sense why supervision is mandatory for staff in some helping professions 👍

Today I enjoyed a Coffee in Waitrose in Formby while I was waiting to collect the dog from the groomers. I used the time to also work out what needs doing to get 500 WellMeMini boxes packed and shipped this week 🤩
