@WellsFargo @RedCross @WellsFargo you’re lying to everyone. You don’t put people first. I called about an issue and you said it was solved. It was not. Payment was denied again. You lie and it is disgusting. Do better! Your service is aweful.

@WellsFargo @RedCross The personalized customer service that you provide is disastrous, I just went to the other branch in Rancho Santa Margarita, California and at 3:30 pm they couldn't help me open a new business account either. I'm going to go to another Bank.
You send me in circles. When I call in they refuse to help and reimburse me, & they totally mixed up which textbook it was. I did receive my accounting, but not my music book. They told me “our record shows you got your accounting book” and that blew me away cus the accounting book is a different price & wasn’t the transaction I was even talking about.
