Day 451 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal 150 of my consoles & my phone, and framing me for a crime to cover up their own corruption. The false charge attempting to be brought by @CityPolice will likely attempt to argue that Dev Kits are illegal to own, a position with no legal basis. Based on the August voluntary interview, this argument will be focused around civil contractual obligations, unfortunately for them a civil ownership dispute on this occasion does not give rise to any criminal liability, because no crime has ever been committed, except against me by Sega falsely claiming the items were stolen when we all know it was their own negligence that led to those consoles leaving Brentford. I’m more interested in knowing what fabrications or misrepresentations were made to Judge Bartle at Southwark crown court to obtain 4 search warrants. Was he informed that I was openly selling the property with full reference to it’s provenance? Was he made aware of Segas own admission that in the weeks prior to the move they were unable to account for ownership of property in their possession? Most interestingly whether the information provided by Segas “corporate investigative partner” aligns with what I actually provided them when pretending to be a prospective purchaser. That will reveal whether the lie began at Sega, Fusion85 or City of London Police. I have my suspicions, each party has a motive, whether it be financial, reputational or career progression. Theres a reason they let a T/DC apply for those warrants, easy fall guy, shows how little they actually think of you 😭 The fight continues! Ps we still have plenty of dev kits.

DAY 450 OF BEING TRAPPED IN A BLACK MIRROR EPISODE AFTER @SEGA COLLUDED WITH @CityPolice TO RAID MY HOME, ARREST ME AND STEAL MY CONSOLES. Still no charge from @CPSUK undoubtedly because MY ACTIONS GIVE RISE TO ABSOLUTELY ZERO CRIMINAL LIABILITY AND I HAVE KNOWN SO SINCE THE MOMENT I WAS UNLAWFULLY ARRESTED BY DC481224 ALEX NIMAKO. Funny how despite being the officer in charge of the case he has effectively disappeared since I was arrested. Why were you not present at the August voluntary interview? Was it because you had doubts about the lawfulness of this “operation jarvis” and wanted to step back? Did you throw T/DC Postance under the bus to protect yourself? As OIC you will hold responsibility for your case Alex, rest assured you WILL be held to account. Seeing the impact a simple mention of misfeasance liability had on your colleagues (ask them xD) during the August voluntary interview I would not count on your stories remaining aligned when the reality of facing a career ending judicial finding hits home. I have my bet on who will cooperate with me to reveal the truth and save themselves, afterall my goal is justice and recovery of MY consoles, not litigation for the sake of it. As an aside, MORE @SEGA dev hardware has ended up on ebay, are we even surprised anymore? Remember, your institutions will only protect you as long as it is commercially beneficial, as soon as it’s clear your actions have created a liability you will be cut loose. “A few rogue actors” is far more palatable than “institutional coverup” Might wanna check what your insurers say about funding a defence where the evidence suggests a wilful disregard to my lawful rights. If they have any sense they should reserve rights to fund a defence as soon as they read the misfeasance pap sent in January which remains entirely ignored. Now hurry up and fabricate a charge so I can get that warrant application and really make everyone sweat

🤬🤬😤My wife takes her 2023 RAV4 to the dealership for a recall service. This was for an airflow sensor After finishing they come out and tell her that her horn isn’t functioning and that it would be $145 to diagnose the issue + labor and parts to repair Mind you she knows for a fact that the horn worked this morning The techs specifically said “we checked all the connections and so it’s not that” I told her to decline and bring it home Mind you this is so unlikely to be anything other than a fuse or the fact that they unplugged it and forgot to plug it back in or worse, straight up scamming After testing the fuse and the relay, as well as the clock spring, I take the radiator cover off to inspect the plugs at the horn and what do you know both horns are unplugged The airflow sensor is nowhere near these plugs so there’s zero chance these were taken off as part of the job not to mention they said they “checked the plugs” It’s also impossible they both happen to vibrate loose @Toyota I buy a brand new car from you and this is how you treat us?? This was at Toyota of Santa Cruz Stealership @SantaC_Toyota

Day 449 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal my consoles and frame me for a crime that never even happened. Still no criminal charges brought, I expect in an act of sheer desperation the police will misrepresent the facts to the CPS to justify any kind of charge as leverage against my civil claims. Rest assured the entire file being submitted to the CPS will be reviewed against the evidence and all misrepresentations are likely to become evidence against the officers who have compiled it in the misfeasance and abuse of process arguments. You think you are buying time not realising you’re digging the hole even deeper. In other news I was accidentally sent an email that @CityPolice probably won’t be too happy about. Why are you concerned about me focusing on PSD? Sounds like you’ve got something to hide 👀 Afterall your chief commissioner blocked me when faced with allegations of what his officers have done. As I keep saying, to the Sega lawyers who are reading this, the incompetence of these civil servants continues to compound liability for your client Comical really.

YET ANOTHER @SEGA of Europe QA dev kit has surfaced on ebay!! You cannot make this shit up. This ones got a build of Condemned on it. @SEGA stole 3 XBOX 360’s from me, I want them all back. Along with the rest of MY consoles that were stolen from me. So whats the reason I was raided? Almost certainly because they assumed an asian guy from East London who sells e waste has absolutely no ability to fight back. How wrong you were. Cannot wait to get this all infront of a judge. Imagine if someone’s committed a criminal offence at Sega 🧐 And now the whole world gets to find out

Day 448 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, arrest me and steal my consoles. Since @SEGA is adamant that all dev kits by their very nature are “STOLEN CRIMINAL PROPERTY” I wonder when they plan to start raiding museums? This time we can have @GamersNexus live stream the raid, you know, to show everyone that Sega takes “STOLEN CRIMINAL PROPERTY” very seriously!! Ps, the Mac or may not contain Sega source code. Yet another example of your staff incompetence leading to proprietary material leaving your possession. Starting to see a pattern here 🧐 Nobody bullies me 👀

Daily reminder that @SEGA raided my house with corrupt @CityPolice and are trying to frame me for a crime that didn’t even happen to cover it all up because I refuse to let them steal my consoles

This billboard wasn’t allowed in public incase it offended anyone so please do not repost it. Thanks.

Day 444 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house and steal my lawfully owned consoles with no legal justification. The police have tampered with an interview recording, amongst other things marking the names of witnesses as inaudible, a pattern that only supports retrospective justification of the raid and hides my honest acquisition of the property. They police are currently trying to frame me for a non existent crime based on these fabrications , despite former Sega employees confirming with me that the consoles almost certainly ended up with me as a result of @SEGA negligence and NOT by theft. I’m living some kind of unreal nightmare where my life got turned upside down by a bunch of bullies who think they can get away with what they’ve done. I will never ever stop fighting for the truth to be revealed and my name publicly cleared.

Dear @joerogan ....Katie Hopkins is in Texas I can't see any examples of you talking to woman with balls, but just mentioning... KATIE HOPKINS - THE MOST BANNED WOMAN ON THE PLANET - IS IN TEXAS

@drgurner Pattern recognition and the ability to withstand “suffering” (periods of time with no reward for the hard work you are putting in) are two massively underrated traits…IMO

I’ll die on these retro hills: 1. Pizza Hut was better when it had red cups and stained-glass lamps. 2. Renting a movie was more fun than scrolling through 5,000 choices. 3. Toys were better when they weren’t connected to Wi-Fi. Who's with me?

@Mr_Husky1 What Dreams May Come

First payment from Steam for Luminary sales! Making Luminary has Ups, and Downs, but seeing this hit my bank account this morning was huge! I feel like a real gamedev now. Does $75k cover my development costs so far, nope, but is it a big step in the right direction, yup!

@JG_Nuke Take care of yourself and get well.

Hey everyone, regretfully there will be no morning update this morning. There's a bug making it's way through the Melonhead house and it appears it's my turn. Will put something out later today if possible. Sorry to mess with your morning routine.

@TheLongInvest Im going with people have less disposable income.

Dick’s Sporting Goods has deleted hundreds of these comments from their Instagram page rather than just apologize for discriminating, and fixing the problem. Would be a shame if this went viral
