The Naturalization Act of 1790 was not merely a practical measure; it was an explicit statement of the nation’s founding racial and civilizational assumptions. The American political class did not conceive of citizenship as a universal right but as an inheritance of a specific people: those who were free white persons of good character. This was neither a radical experiment nor a momentary expedient but a recognition of an implicit ethno-political order. Darryl suggests that the law was crafted primarily to prevent states from manipulating representation by extending citizenship beyond whites. While this may have been a secondary concern, it is anachronistic to frame it as the driving reason. The reality is much simpler: no one at the time believed that non-Europeans were part of the polity or could be. The Founders had no need to “debate” inclusion because exclusion was self-evident. It was not a matter of strategy; it was a reflection of how they understood the nature of the nation itself. This view persisted for nearly two centuries. Until 1965, America’s immigration policy remained overwhelmingly European in character. The 1924 Immigration Act, in particular, was a reaffirmation of the same principle—the deliberate selection of the racial and cultural character of the nation. To put it bluntly, America was never meant to be a proposition nation in the modern sense. It was conceived as an extension of European Christendom, and the legal frameworks that followed—up until the Hart-Celler Act of 1965—reflected that fundamental reality. Any discussion of the Naturalization Act of 1790 that ignores this is missing the forest for the trees.

What I am about to release on Monday is exposing the darkest of evil. Ped0philia and the act of preying on children. This is a battle the good guys are losing. There is a very high probability the content will be censored. My team and I have explored ever measure to keep this episode from being censored. We have bleeped every “bad” word, we’ve pulled footage, we will demonetize the content ourselves all in an attempt to avoid being censored. I find this to be very sad that we have to alter our content to this measure in order to expose these cowards who prey on our kids. The ped0philia community has some very powerful people on the inside that will protect it from exposure at all costs.
