1st day of the Warrior Shoutout Board was a success. Students nominate other class members for being awesome. The student with the most sticky notes at the end of a unit gets a reward. Amazing how the small things can have a huge impact. #itsthelittlethings #buildingacommunity

During the pandemic, I saw the value of maximizing our one on one time regardless of whether we were video conferencing or in person. Through this, I will continue to incorporate innovative methods that maximize individual or small group instruction in the classroom. #NCRethinkEd
