@WOWaterdeep You can send in-game mail every single day to purchase packs from the store. Or to watch streaming content. There is no excuse that you cannot send in-game mail to explain and communicate problems to create more transparency.

@WOWaterdeep We players need a communication like this every single time there is an issue & as soon as there is an issue. Delaying creates confusion & speculation. Alot of players angry again about the lack of communication. Many are cancelling their VIP subs due to this lack of visibility

@Wizards_DnD you should really reconsider your partnership with @LudiaGames. Their game @WOWaterdeep is again experiencing major unplayability issues with the Raid Events for the second raid in a row and they can't even be accountable to officially communicate with the players!

@WOWaterdeep Nobody can even Login to play the game & you use your social media to post these kind of things!? Wake up! Entire Guilds of players are unable to login to play in the Guild Raid event & you can't even communicate the issues with the errors that have been happening since August!

Where's all that great glow plastic at!? Kasta half glows are alright but jealous seeing all the seasoned players carrying brighter Kastaplast "full glows". I would love me some more Axiom/MVP glow options. #discgolf
