@brithume Short of direct military engagement there is little we can do. If tough talk makes you feel better fine, but Putin does not care. EU countries continued to purchase Russian gas & oil totaling €11.4 billion. They allow the war to continue. We have no leverage.

This authority was later extended to passengers in the Supreme Court case Maryland v. Wilson (1997). Arrest is not needed.
