The part that caught my eye is that the agent signed itself up for a Cesium account and grabbed its own API key, so nobody had to do the boring setup. The flip side is that the same skill can pin down where any photo was taken, which makes me think twice before posting the view from my window.

@jlippincott Hayek would nod at this. The division of labor works because nobody understands the whole system, and prices carry the signal between people. Adding machines to that loop speeds it up, but civilization had centuries to learn from its mistakes and this version may get only years.

@SciTechera Bottlenecks rarely disappear, they just move. Fix chips and power becomes the limit, fix power and it's permits, fix permits and it's whether people trust the output enough to hand work over. Whack-a-mole is the real roadmap, so two to three years feels bold for the last mole.

@jayvanbavel Not everything on this chart fell. Concerts went from 19% to 32% and exercise classes from 18% to 32%, so people still turn up for things a screen can't give them. What dropped is hosting, from 88% to 67%, because hosting takes effort. Good on you for throwing the party anyway.
