Today, I bought a toy dragon that reminded me of one of my characters. I wish I could say this was the least productive thing I've done...

I have now submitted a deed poll, new name is a go! :)

I think I need more dragon jewellery.

I have returned to the world of Twitter! Anything changed in the world of people who follow me?

Going to run a miniature version of NaNoWriMo at work. Hoping to draw out some creative spirits!

Oof, this book I'm writing is shaping up to be a biggie. Over 1/4 through and already smashed 40k words!

Currently in a good writing spot. Can't seem to pull myself away from it. Even though there's other things to do!

Yesterday i wrote for an hour and a half, got seven pages done including a fight scene and a plot twist.

My fiancee last night offered to help me approach literary agents. Why didn't i think of asking her before??

Bit of a mental rut at the moment. Hopefully i can coax myself into writing this weekend.

Go get your hands on Valkyrie's Song by @mdlachlan the next in a fantastic series by a brilliant author! :-)

I finally own a printer... It's only taken seven years...

Strange... I know my protagonist is heading for disaster, and yet i have a smile on my face. This will get interesting.

A night of zero sleep is amazing for writing. Not so great for everything else. If i didn't have to go out today I'd head to bed.

I love that little flutter i get when i create a new character out of thin air and the subsequently play a major role in the story.

So i got a burst of inspiration. I started writing at about 11pm. It's almost 5am and I'm still writing. This feels incredible.

Updates: I've moved to Manchester, gotten engaged, and am expecting a baby in August! Sadly have done very little writing in this time.

I'm back! After a lengthy (unintentional) Twitter hiatus, I return. Sorry to any who might have thought i was ignoring you. I wasn't. :-)

By the end of the day I had consumed a total of eight cups of strong coffee. I felt like time was moving at a different rate.
