I finally finished the demon/djinn under the bedsheet story 😄 Only took me several weeks and 41 pages in an A4 notebook. Now to type it up, editing as I go then get feedback on any issues or bits to fix.

Writing a short story for a competition and the MC is the daughter of another I regularly write for. There's been several times I've stopped, looked at it and went, "yep that's [character]." Which I'd guess is a good thing. MC is her own character but still shows family traits.

I've been working away on my vampire novel for 4 months now and in that time written 140 pages. The story has been coming through so clearly, the characters very real and I'm attached to several. Bought a second notebook to handwrite the rest and reckon I'll need three in total.

Bought @TEKKEN Jin Kazama on Saturday and I grabbed my Tekken 3 figure of Jin too to recreate a screenshot. It took the entire fecking afternoon, mainly fighting with Adobe Express. Still, this is the final result. Might blend the health bars better on the laptop. #ActionFigure
