What if a digital dollar could help fund public schools? In Wyoming, it already does. 🏫 The interest earned on reserves backing Wyoming’s FRNT stabletoken helps fund the state’s public schools. Every token is backed by U.S. dollars and short-term U.S. Treasuries, kept in a separate account set aside just for that purpose, and every day, the public can see a report confirming those reserves are there. @heystephchan, Enterprise Project Manager and Deputy Director at the @WyoStable Commission, explains how it works. We’re deepening our adoption of @chainlink by leveraging Proof of Reserve to set a new U.S. standard for digital asset transparency. With this integration, the Frontier Stable Token is now the first stable token issued by a public entity to publish verified reserve data onchain.
