Vikings use a near perfect game from Danny Vines and some key INTs to overcome an early 14-0 deficit vs a hard-fighting Colts team.
Minnesota wins a sloppy one over a tough Falcons team. Nick Chubb finally got going with 99 yards rushing to earn the Viking Warrior award for this week.
Vikings finished the early season sweep of a tough Lions team 24-16 last night. Daniel Vines was 17-20 for 213 and 2 scores. Nick Chubb is continues to struggle rushing for just 24 yards on 12 carries. Up next, the Falcons.
Vikings use another solid defense performance from Julian Blackmon to edge the Lions in week 2 action.
Vikings win an oddly played wild one 40-30 against the Rams in week 1. Vines throws two INTs while Nick Chubb rushed for 88 and a score. Defense was the story as Bryce Charleston had 3 sacks, Armstead 2 and Hess/Vernon each 1. Julian Blackmon netted 2 picks.
Vikings are down to 53 and ready for the Rams week 1. Solid preseason going 2-1 and we will see what this new look defense has in store for us.
Vikings select OLB Rakkim Hartwell from Oregon State with the 25th pick.
