I interviewed Zach Vorhies (the "Google whistleblower") today, and he and I both agree 100% that the Anthropic ex-employee scare story is a total psyop. It's all designed to spur government regulation and the outlawing of open source AI models under the claimed justification of "safety." We are all being played by Anthropic working in conspiracy with the federal government to cut us off from decentralized AI that the government cannot censor, surveil or control.

Twenty-one years ago, Arlene and I built our own place on Otts Basin Road in Sagle, Idaho. We were younger, with a lot more energy than money, and we did every bit of it with our own hands. Because we built it ourselves, we never took out a mortgage. We have owned our home outright from the very first day. And in twenty-one years of owning it free and clear, never once owing a bank a dime, we have still gotten a property tax bill every single year from the government. If we don't pay, they take what we built with our own hands. You can build your own house, owe no one, and the government will still charge you every year for the rest of your life just to keep it. After you die, they charge your children, and then your grandchildren. Miss enough of those bills and they can take it. A home you built and have always owned outright. That is why I will not stop until we end the property tax in Idaho. You should be able to truly own the home you worked for.
