@AmazonHelp I wasn't able to use the link. I would like you to share what steps are being taken to prevent your delivery partners from showing up with only labourer and expecting customers to carry heavy goods.
Hey @AmazonIN, sending 1 person to deliver a fridge to a 3rd-floor flat with no lift isn't a delivery plan. It happened twice, and I had to pay the truck driver to help. Anyone else faced this? #AmazonIndia #CustomerExperience

@AmazonHelp Thank you the refund of the warranty amount for the cancelled fridge. However please let me know what you are doing about my having to pay ₹500 to get the fridge upstairs although you promise two labourers.
@AmazonHelp I did. Now let me see what action you guys initiate. Last time nothing happened except an assurance that the matter was being escalated, yet I faced the same situation of no labour. Not much faith left in you guys, and this is from a customer who loves shopping on Amazon!
