UPDATE 1: Subscriber Campaigns are now available again both in terms of starting campaigns and exchanging. Verification is still paused, but you will get Credited for the subscriptions you perform during this time once it's started again.

Subscriber campaigns and exchanges are in maintenance, while we're working on adjustments after YouTube's update that causes subscriber counts to be displayed differently
