I'd rather use AI to kick around story ideas than have it write a whole scene for me. I like finding the words myself.

If people are making fake process videos, I don't blame anyone for being skeptical of speedpaints now.
More and more AI users are privately generating images and tracing over them, fabricating speedpaints from the start as a backup for when they get called out. The only way to know is by the style the model has curated. Unless you know that, its easy to think it's human art.
