Printer "offline" in Windows 10/11?
1. Turn it off for 30 seconds, then on.
2. Check it's on the same Wi-Fi as your PC (or re-seat USB).
3. Settings > Printers & scanners > your printer > print queue. Cancel stuck jobs, then under Printer untick "Use Printer Offline."
Printers & scanners isn't on the main Settings page. It's under Bluetooth & devices in Windows 11 and under Devices in Windows 10, but typing "Printers & scanners" into the Settings search box finds it in both.
@JBKlutse Hang up and call the number on the back of your card or in your bank's app. A real bank won't mind. Caller ID can be faked, so the number on screen proves nothing.
@Mr_H_Shroud Before you panic: unplug the charger, hold power 20 sec, plug back in and boot. Fans spin but screen stays black? Hook it to a TV or monitor. If that shows a picture, it's the display, not your files. And skip anyone offering to fix it over DM.
