میڈم، آپ ان کو (ملازمت سے) نکال تو رہی ہیں، لیکن اگر آپ ان سے پوچھیں کہ انہوں نے کرپشن کیوں کی، تو وہ یہی کہیں گے کہ ہماری سیلری (تنخواہ) پر ہمارا گزارا نہیں ہوتا۔ کسی حد تک ان کی یہ بات ٹھیک بھی ہے، کیونکہ آج کے دور میں کوئی شخص 50 ہزار روپے میں اپنا گھر کیسے چلا سکتا ہے؟ آپ یہ بھی دیکھیں کہ آپ کا صرف ایک ہینڈ بیگ، 10 پولیس والوں کی تنخواہ کے برابر ہوتا ہے۔ اگرچہ وہ آپ کے ذاتی پیسوں سے ہوتا ہے اور مجھے اس سے کوئی مسئلہ بھی نہیں ہے، لیکن جیسے آپ کا دل کرتا ہے کہ آپ کے پاس اس سے بھی اچھا بیگ ہو، بالکل اسی طرح ان پولیس والوں کے گھر والوں کی بھی کوئی پسند اور خواہشات ہوتی ہوں گی، جو ان کو (مجبوراً اس راستے پر چلنے پر) مجبور کرتی ہوں گی۔ ان کی تنخواہیں بڑھائی جانی چاہئیں۔ میں یہ ہرگز نہیں کہہ رہا کہ ان کو کرپشن کرنے کی اجازت ہونی چاہیے، بالکل نہیں! لیکن ان کو اتنی سیلری ضرور دی جائے کہ اگر ان کی فیملی میں کوئی خوشی یا غمی (ایمرجنسی) آ جائے، تو ان کو گزارا کرنے میں مسئلہ نہ ہو۔ یہ اپیل صرف عام پولیس والوں کے لیے ہے، نہ کہ بڑے افسران کے لیے۔ شکریہ۔

Dear Gate Team, My community has participated in around 4–5 CandyDrop campaigns on Gate. In each campaign, 100+ new invitees and 200–300 existing users participated, hoping to receive rewards. Our members generated significant trading volume and paid substantial trading fees out of their own pockets, but the results have been zero. Many users still haven’t received any rewards.
