This is at NYC chase branches. They force you to spend money at non-branch ATMs to gain access to your money #criminal

@chase doesn’t allow branch ATM access after 10pm in NYC and forces people to pay a transaction fee to access their money #criminal

@pierretap68 @VanMoof #vanmoof was advertising the claim of “pay now, ride in three weeks” on their Us website at the time my purchase. We’re 18m+ into the pandemic. Based on that input they knew darn well they couldn’t stay true to that marketed claim.

@jamesrudman41 @VanMoof Glad to hear they kept up their end for you. This process has been nothing but disappointment for me. It wouldn’t be an issue if #vanmoof hadn’t charged me in full up front for an item they knew would take months to deliver.

@VanMoof @jamesrudman41 Would be nice to ride the future but I’ve been waiting my bike for 8wk+ and just received yet another delay. #vanmoof tell me why you sold me a lie about “pay today, ride in three weeks”?

@VanMoof @threedeltacap VM - what’s the update on the next US bike shipment? People paid you in full for a $2k+ bike promised to be delivered in three weeks yet people are waiting 2m+… what’s the deal? Also please response publicly to help with transparency.

@Luca_Schnettler @VanMoof Wow talk about a true #facepalm when it’s comes to #vanmoof promise of “buy now, ride in three weeks”. This is why VM needs to only charge people deposits vs the full price for orders that take months of lead time.

@VanMoof @tenakalaz VM can you please provide an update on the next shipment of bikes to the US without a DM? Customers have been waiting 2m+ for orders paid in full. It would be great to help promote transparency vs always handling problems behind closed doors.

@notdly I’d suggest checking out the trust pilot page on #vanmoof before hitting that purchase button. People are waiting 2-6m+ for orders that were paid in full upfront based on the promises of “buy now, ride in three weeks” ca.trustpilot.com/review/www.van…

@jakedecker @lorakolodny Welcome to the party! There’s a whole crew of us who can’t wait to have their bikes delivered after the 2-6m+ delay that seems to be a right of passage to #vanmoof ownership. It’s a far cry from the promised “buy now, ride in three weeks” sales promise.

@VanMoof @emel_elvin @VanMoof what’s the update on the next batch of shipments to the US? Ordered on July 30th with the assumption of a 3 wk delivery from payment (per your website) - we’re now on wk 7 w/o a bike - what’s the update w/o having to DM you?

@tenakalaz @NicvantSchip @VanMoof @VanMoof spent all of our money on a copywriter to spin up the sales phrase “buy now, ride in three weeks” knowing damn well they have buyers waiting 2m+ for bikes after they’ve charged ppl in full upfront based on promises they can’t keep

@threedeltacap @LehGeoffrey @VanMoof Tbh if @VanMoof didn’t charge consumers the full bike price upfront, it’d be a different story. But it’s simply disrespectful to take the consumers money and stick it in a bank to earn interest for months while your customers is sitting empty handed

@threedeltacap @Nichols_RJ @VanMoof +1 @threedeltacap #vanmoof product design is beautiful. Period. But their customer service is an area opportunity to say the least. They advertised a “three week from purchase to ride” tag line yet consumers are waiting 2m+ for bikes
