Lastly, I’ll be taking the day off to spend some time with my family. I’ll be back at my desk tomorrow with more updates.
Have a great Friday, everyone!
Just to stay aligned here’s what’s been on my mind.
Super raw:
1. ZeroFee Crosschain Confidential Protocol (Hackathon)
I believe crosschain trading is much simpler than FOMO, Relay or Pump Bridge have made it out to be.
ZeroFee Wallet V1 is already live. Crosschain +
The ZeroFee movement ~ disrupting onchain apps
We're rebuilding the apps you love, testing them end to end until they're polished, and giving them away at cost, along with the source code to run them yourself.
Self host any of them: no ZeroFee server or middleman server sits between you and your activity.
ZeroFee Swap V2, paylinks & Wallet V2's source code will be available in a few days.
Our Goal: 10+ apps by the end of November.
zerofee.si
What does it actually cost us to run ZeroFee?
About $106 a month. That covers hosting, blockchain nodes, market data, and domains.
At 10,000 swaps per month, that’s roughly $0.01 per swap.
Now think about how much you’ve paid middlemen in fees; middlemen whose services cost next to nothing to operate.
ZeroFee Swap V2 brings cross-chain private memecoin swaps.
Send one memecoin on one chain, to receive a different memecoin on a different chain ~ privately.
Coming soon.

ZeroFee Wallet V2 is coming.
One wallet, two modes.
Private balances on each chain, and a Public side that works like any wallet.
Move between them in one tap, and trade from either side.
How ZeroFee Wallet keeps your trades private.
Go private once, through NEAR Intents' confidential route. Your money lands in private balances on Solana, Robinhood Chain and BNB Chain, with no on-chain link to your deposit.
Then trade in one tap, filled in seconds.
Honest note: NEAR Intents' operators can see both ends.

PHP's critical security release lands today, 21 Oct, at 14:00 UTC (two vulnerabilities, both rated CVSS 9.2).
ZeroFee isn't affected. None of the services we run use PHP.
Swap, wallet and pay links will work as normal!
Wiring up ZeroFee Wallet V2.
You will be able to toggle between public and private mode. - Im really excited about this one, because after this update you can use ZeroFee Wallet just like any other wallet, but with a privacy mode ~ all of it Crosschain!!
Along with that many
Important: ZeroFee Wallet V1 is a Demo Version
Please only use Dust funds to test it out.
V2 will be deployed within the next 24 hours, expanding Robinhood and BNB Launchpad coverage to 100%.
In the meantime, give it a try and let us know your feedback!
ZeroFee Wallet V1 is live
Cross-chain privacy built in. Try it now: zerofee.si/wallet
V1 is a demo, so keep amounts small.
Create a wallet → Deposit funds → Go Private. Usually takes about 2 minutes.
Then trade from private balances across Solana, BNB Chain, and Robinhood Chain, with fills in 0.5–1.5 seconds. (More chains will be added in V2)
Your funds are privatized through leading privacy protocols. Nothing on-chain links your trades back to your deposit.
We have tried every other crosschain privacy wallet in the market and ZeroFee wallet is by far the best one there is.
The user experience is built to feel like better than an app from your favorite for-profit wallet providers.
ZeroFee Wallet's open source code will be available after a few iterations.
Host your wallets, own your privacy, across chains.
HOLY FUCK. 🔥
Are you ready to witness the beginning of something the world has only whispered about, but never truly seen?
The first real iteration of a Crosschain Privacy Wallet with ZeroFee.
Conceived beyond the boundaries. Built for the fearless. Engineered for a future where privacy knows no chains and freedom knows no borders.
Speed like Muhammad Ali. Power like Tyson. Precision like a blade in the dark.
This isn’t just another wallet. It’s the first bell before a new era.
So tell me…
ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLE? 🥊🔥
Deposited sol in my ZeroFee wallet, and bought a coin on bnb ~ privately.
I’m deploying a V1 of the wallet asap.
There’s a lot to build out but it’s kinda cool letting people test things as we go!
Coming soon bros.
Lots of work happening behind the scenes! 🚀
We’ve completely redesigned the wallet and simplified onboarding from 7 steps down to just 3.
Deposit → Pick your chains → Go private.
This video showcases the new onboarding experience only. The footage was taken in app!
The next update will bring you a look at the in-app trading, swaps, and more.
Stay tuned. There’s a lot more coming! 👀
@0dayNate Swap is already opensource you can run it locally. You're welcome.
zerofee.si/opensource
The wallet will also be opensource.
Most of the wallet's privacy features are derived from the swap itself. So you can actually already test out the privacy protocols we have in use.
The delay in the ZeroWallet release, explained.
Two key improvements were made yesterday, and today has been spent implementing and refining them.
1. A simpler user journey
The initial version in testing required seven steps before users could start trading.
The new flow cuts that down to three:
Deposit funds → Go Private → Trade or Swap.
Fewer steps. Less friction. A better experience.
2. Block-speed trading
ZeroWallet is a cross-chain privacy wallet, and trading with private funds is currently slow. This product category is also very new, so trying out new methods can lead to dead ends. We have solved it now. The V1 will feature block speed trading.
The goal is simple: privacy shouldn't come at the cost of speed or usability. The experience should feel seamless, with no noticeable difference between trading privately and trading without privacy.
V1 is being built to enable cross-chain trading at the native block speed of each chain.
First impressions matter, and missing a release deadline isn't a good look. The delay is acknowledged, and an apology is owed to everyone who has been waiting.
Thank you for your patience. The focus is on getting ZeroWallet right, not just getting it out.
One of the most common questions we been asked
“What is the value of the ZeroFee token?”
Holders in the Hodler Chat have been working on ideas, and this is one of the key questions currently being discussed.
One idea is to token-gate all past and future products built by ZeroFee, giving $ZeroFee holders exclusive access to the ecosystem.
That includes the ZeroFee Wallet, Swap, Pay Links, the upcoming multi-wallet funder, and more.
This is still under discussion, feel free to chime in with your insights!
