3am Tuesday. Done : Cold shower. Red light therapy. 4 injections. 25 AM pills. 5 minute hiit work out. To do : 8-10 hours of work. Full body work out. 1.5 hours of Jiu Jitsu. 2 hours of guitar. Sauna/meditation. 40 more pills. Get it all done, every day. Remind filthy "no try hard" 6am+ waking warm shower takers of their lower value in society. Pound it back n lets get to work.
