thinking about making a new ed account so I can actually just keep my followers small + manage friendships here better but I like my @ and have had this account since high school and id be so sad to let it go
staring at my boyfriend while he eats the most delicious looking sandwich, im so jealous
42 hours into my fast and iām so tempted to break it, my stomach hurts and has been growling all day plus I have no energy to work out but im so scared breaking it will trigger a binge
ive decided to stop taking one of my meds, theyāve been making me so mentally stable but my god theyāve destroyed my metabolism + made me gain so much weight in the year iāve been taking it.
38 hours into my fast and the end seems so far away
though iām not sure how well iāll be able to work out while fasting so much?
I wonāt spend this summer hiding in baggy clothes, iāll lose the weight and be able to enjoy myself for once
I have a festival to go to at the end of june and iām hoping to fast at least 30 days before then, I need a substantial weight loss
34 hours into a fast and all I can think about is my end goal but also how fucking hungry I am
starting the abc diet tomorrow, send me your fav low calorie meals so I can plan ahead š„°
