Lurie probably should of demoted Sirianni to assistant HC and made Kellen Moore the HC and he call offensive plays but Sirianni runs the every day stuff mean getting the team ready for games week to week basically setting the tone and attention to detail

I bet most coaches have a scheme on offense the question is will it work and does the OC have a counter throughout games if the DC throws stuff at a offense that makes the critical difference in a level of a play caller and play designer
