Someone just clicked a phishing link while switching between Slack, Zoom, and email. Not because they’re careless. Because their attention is shattered. Cybersecurity starts with protecting the mind.
The real formula to success: Fail → Learn → Refine → Iterate. The faster you move through that loop without losing momentum, the wider your moat becomes.
We are dynamic beings. Our beliefs, values and preferences constantly evolve, many aren’t even ours to begin with. The danger isn’t being wrong, it’s being rigid and narrow minded. Growth starts with curiosity and the courage to let yourself change.
The scariest part of going all in isn’t work itself, it’s the risk of proving your self image wrong. What if i try my hardest and i’m not who I thought i was?
