@AmericanAir credit where credit is due, the over night hotel was easy to do via the app- however, a $12 meal voucher for a 17hr+ delayed flight which turned into a cancellation really isn’t good enough when you’re stuck in a foreign country and will return home a whole day later

@AmericanAir you canceled my flight yesterday from Naples, Italy. We then booked on BA this morning and your rep changed my wife’s birthdate. Now we missed our flight on BA. My wife is 32 weeks pregnant and I have a 18 month old and there aren’t any flights until tomorrow.

@AmericanAir My flight from JFK to Arizona was scheduled for 1:30PM and is now delayed until 6:43PM. ZERO communication from your team. Customer service just said “weather” so no compensation. Completely unacceptable—passengers deserve transparency and updates.

@AmericanAir cancelled my flight due to "weather" and wanted to leave me stranded at my connection in Dallas for 2 days. Since I was unwilling to spend 2 days in Dallas with no compensation, I had to cancel the whole trip. Now they won't refund me, only give me flight credit

Hey @AmericanAir what in the holy hell are you doing to flight 953 from JFK to EZE? You canceled last night’s 10:30PM flight. Rescheduled to 9AM today only to delay, then move us to a different plane, then continue to delay to the point where passengers are demanding to leave.
