Llamarlo ‘accidente’ es un acto cínico porque por definición accidente significa imprevisto. Desde aquí se ve muy previsto.

Has anyone used #SamsungFinancing before? I haven't received nothing in the mail and I'm just trying to get my account number to make payments online... I've been on hold for an hour already.

@Domo_Said_It @Airbnb Yeah I was in the exact same situation. The second payment was charged on April 2nd but they approved my refund just yesterday! Don't attempt to cancel it through your bank otherwise you'll lose your first half for sure. (Believe me, it did cross my mind haha)

@CherylRicht It took me almost a month but I was able to get a full refund. I asked them to open a case for me and I was assigned a case manager. All I had to do was show documentation of why I couldnt travel. I showed them a screenshot of the stay at home order from that state.

@cepearso Try sending a screenshot that says they're either under lockdown or have a stay at home order!

@Domo_Said_It @Airbnb I had the same issue on a booking during this month as well because back then they were refunding until April 14th. I waited out to see if they would extend it and they did. Don't cancel it, wait and see if they extend it again. This virus is not going away any time soon!

@HubertusLuanne Dont give up. It took me almost a month between calls and emails. Call them and ask them to open a case for you to receive a full refund. They're gonna ask for documentation but you can use the flight cancellation. They should approve the refund with that.

That last episode of #TheGoodDoctor though. Life is unpredictable like that with so many ups and downs but at the end if it's meant to be it's meant to be and if not then maybe it's not the right timing 😊
