Just published in JPCB special issue on #MachineLearning with @JimPfaendtner, @dacbUW and @wesleyabeckner. Here, we developed generative models for ionic liquids using VAE + QSPR and implemented transfer learning as data is scarce. pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.102…
