10. Career Progression & Promotions The President directed that the Career Progression Guidelines (CPG) be reviewed immediately. He also doubled the budget allocation from Ksh. 1B to Ksh. 2B, which will allow 50,000 teachers to be promoted annually instead of 25,000.
