Things I consider therapy asides the professional therapy: time with family, music, books, time with friends, certain hobbies, praying, certain activities that involves water, sleep, finally and importantly, aromatherapy.

my therapist was telling me today that there's no disappointment when you accept things or people for what they are. but you don't always have to cut people off when they don't meet your expectations sometimes you just have to adjust the relationship + accept their capacity.
