Why does this quote from Milton-Edwards (2018) about the US abandoning the Kurds in 1991 fit so well with Nancy Faeser telling Süleyman Soylu not to escalate the 'fight against terrorism' (yani the Kurds) beyond what is 'proportionate'? So much for Feminist Foreign Policy.
