Yesterday's calculations. I'm been doing good, averaging between 700-900 calories. With dog walks in the morning and going to the park in the evening I'm burning good calories and I'm love it.

5.2lbs until I barely enter the heavy side of the healthy BMI weight range. Weighed in at 165.2lbs this morning which is such a good sight to see cause I just months ago I was the 180lbs

This morning I stepped on the scale, actually dreading it so bad. I finally did and I was right. I'm 178 again. I told myself I'd never get that high again. I cried 😭 I want to blame it purely on my period and water weight bloating but even I know that is a lie. I fucked up

Time to start tracking calories again. I was doing so well for months that I just let it go. I was either maintaining or losing. Last month in March and this month I've been bloated more, eating constantly and gaining so much. Time for old habits again it is. Track and restrict.

My period is coming up and I'm snacking like a pig on mini chocolate bars and muffins. Ugh 😩 I'm disgusted with myself because of this. I have to do better. I know what I ate was a lot of calories. And I know I'm bloated and I look pregnant 🤢
