It's nice and all being out of hospital. But I feel so trapped in this body and I'm not coping mentally with it. To not be able to get up and sit on a couch when I'd like to not being able to get up and walk to the bathroom. I can't deal.

I've become so depresso about this being disabled thing. I cannot tolerate how much I need to rely on others. I've never been someone to ask for help This is making my mental health go wild. Even sitting on a couch is noteasy I just want my leg to fucking work again
