Something I’ve wanted to work on for a while is my fitness. Small changes over the next few weeks. Week 1: Start Couch to 5K Week 2: Introduce beginner yoga twice a week Week 3: Aim for over 7500 steps daily Week 4: Review These will help with my fitness journey. #FitnessJourney
