As i'm approaching thirty, I'm realising just how much the "crazy girl" trope has negatively impacted my life. I've been more willing to let people walk over me or dictate the way I'm supposed to feel, rather than risk the small possibility of appearing to be "crazy."

Today I saw my gp for tonsillitis (thank you @P_H_S_Official ❤️) but the doctor also asked me how I was feeling in general.
