I don't get Scrum. It feels like a method for boomers and micromanagers who want to say they're following modern best practices... at least in the dev world. Kanban seems 1000x better.

What's your favorite LLM for explanations and narrative style results? Gemini is kicking butt and taking names. Ran the same prompt thru 5 LLMs. Only Gemini and Claude found some key nuances, and Gemini was more consistent at it.
