Though the NDHM falls under the Ayushman Bharat Praman Yojana Scheme, the NHA Data privacy policy does not apply to it. Instead the strategy doc calls for another policy modelled according to the yet to be enforced PDPB.

The National Digital Health Mission strategy document, promises privacy policies as a prerequisite to the Health-ID. However, Health-ID facility is available in 6 UTs without any policy in place. I wrote for @rTechLawPolicy robotlp.wordpress.com/2020/08/24/hea…
