@instagram @instagramComms @mosseri how is this possible for a business account? It’s already been a week and no reply 😢 our patients are contacting us and we can’t answer. Clearly this is not a child’s account, we are a physiotherapy clinic! Appeals not working. Please help! 💙

We didn’t violate any guidelines. They say the account was blocked as underage? No one is answering to us and appeals are not working! 😩😢

@instagram hello! Our Instagram account instagram.com/kinetic.center/ has been deactivated due to a mistake with the age. 😩 We’ve appealed but still no response. This is a business account and not a child’s account. Could you please reactivate it? 🙏😊
