My struggle has been pitch but I can hit those notes just fine while singing along with a person. Granted I don't know how accurate I am.

My biggest warmup challenge is definitely the "humming" exercise. I spent a lot of time on it to try to get it to sound accurate. I got it right a few times but I'm not sure what I did to get there lol

Had to take a long break from singing to prepare for guesting at a con. Time to get back into it!

I accomplished something big and practiced vocal warm ups and sang King with my room mate! We are both so terrified to sing in front of each other but we broke through that barrier together!

Compared the recent recording to an older one I did. It stills sounds so unstable but better. Learning to sing feels like taking an advanced math class. Its a lot of formulas and calculations and I have only learned 2×2

I think I figured out how to sing with breath support from my stomach? I did an exercise and recorded it. It sounds super different than before, and better actually. I lose it after singing more than a few lines, but it's progress.

Matching pitch was another issue that I expressed and my teacher explained that matching with a piano was also a skill. She's going to do the exercises herself so I can match her voice. Singing is like a science. It's so much.

Worked on breathing support today. My conclusion is that I need to use my stomach more when I sing because I tend to stay in the chest area. However even with the exercises I still had trouble connecting to it. Maybe that's why I also have a high voice lol
