@TheOneLanceB To support your thesis of 4/7 to have likely been the lows regardless of the tariff pause on 4/9, China announced more retaliatory tariffs in the morning session of 4/9 and we failed to go lower. We trended up most of the morning after this news dropped around 7am

11am trade and 1pm trade. Pretty obvious target for me for ES as it was drawing to previous week low. Market just didn't want to cooperate today and delivered after hours. Bias struggles to deliver smoothly without significant data
Got stopped out of YM anticipating the rollover with smaller size. Never hit my stop, just got too antsy watching the 1 min at 1pm... NQ diverges by taking 9:45 data highs
NVDA sympathy scalp on NQ after it takes pre-market low and bounces out of its NDOG
Nice short on YM with 8:30 data. NVDA earnings has created volatility that is now similar to NFP and CPI volatility YM relative weakness on the weak to NQ and ES
ES short off NWOG while NQ broke the initial highs of FOMC meeting mins. Scaled in when it worked but it failed to take out 5/17 lows which I held most of my size for. Idea was wrong but worth the chance of a strong flush.
11am Breakout setup. Looking for ES to align with NQ and YM to take out last week's high. Price action could remain in consolidation ahead of NVDA earnings and FOMC mins...
Small opportunity left for me when I took a setup I liked. But daily chart worked out as planned.
DXY should continue to reject off of May 15th daily FVG and head for daily chart lows at 104.02. I will accept consolidation but do not want to see strength while looking for longs in the indices
Once Thursdays highs are broken I will be looking for early week expansion and continuation through all time highs. NQ and ES will be favored for longs despite YM still having to catch up to it’s all time high point at 40358. ES and NQ are showing relative strength
Previous charts for reference for this week's early bias: 12/18/23 I like this one as a better reference because it occurs on a Monday with no news Best setup comes with 12pm expansion after daily chart highs are taken from 12/14/23
