This last situation I was in helped me realize I’m an anxious attachment style. And now that I’ve identified it, I can work towards the proper steps on healing it. Going to be looking into therapy as well.

I notice when I go thru some form of heart shattering event.. I go to where I’ve always felt love.. and that’s my family. My dad and siblings. It’s like a home base for me.

I HAAAAAATE the beginning stages of healing because it’s just like going thru the 5 stages of grief.. one minute I’m up, one minute I’m down, one minute I’m like FTN I’ll be good, the next I miss the nigga on something vicious. Lord please help me to release it to You.

I thank God for the gift of forgiveness and the peace surrounding it. A lot of the times embittered people are that way because they hold unforgiveness in their heart.
