@Uber_Support It’s a scam any way you slice it. It took no time out of his life to hand me a lipstick 2 steps from his car. And $15 flat rate is insane. You should take into account how far out of his way he had to go before you decide on a fee. Will never use your service again.

Shame about @UberEats @Uber_Support . Ordered food off you guys during the week for to be delivered on my lunch break and the food arrived an hour late and stone dead cold. Seems like I have to steer clear in the east midlands as the infrastructure doesn't seem to be there yet.
