Some unused dialogue found in the files of the final version shows Aubrey having more violent tendencies, amusingly saying that she'll kick Kel in his "fart box" among other things.

In versions 1.0.4 and lower of OMORI, the item ABBI'S EYE made OMORI invincible. This was referenced in the update 1.0.5 patch notes on Steam.

In the game's files, it was seemingly planned at one point to have window skins for exclusively FA, BS, DW and battling! It was likely cut due to being too tricky to implement. #OMORI

According to the official artbook, it was planned at one point for the player to enter a name on the laptop during White Space! What that name was meant to be used for is unknown. #OMORI

Regarding facts taken from the upcoming OMORI walkthrough/artbook, we will wait until the PDFs get released in order to get the best scans possible and for people to not get spoiled as to what might be in them!

If you look closely at the White Space section of the artbook, you will catch a glimpse of a screenshot only present in the 2014 trailer, a shot from the 2017 trailer, and even some exclusive pages from OMORI's sketchbook that was only sold back in 2014! #OMORI

Before the logo for OMORI was officially revealed, a placeholder was used for the first couple of promo images that was simply "OMORI_GAME" in simple pixel text. Also seen is an early overworld sprite for The Earth.

In the Kickstarter Demo, right before Something starts chasing you, Basil flashes for a moment on screen. Checking his event page shows a comment left by Archeia saying that he's her precious cinnamon roll and to not bully him. (2018)

In the Kickstarter demo, the unused song, Inko's Theme, was originally meant to play when you picked up the knife in White Space. However, the event page that plays it goes unused. (2018) youtu.be/PnpGEpb0BK0
