Dear @FlixBus you have the worst costumer service and this is my 3 horrible experience with your service! How do you just cancelled all the buses with no explanation and then say rebook but the only thing available is 4 days from now. I’m soooo over it and feel disrespected

Dear @GreyhoundBus , my bus was suppose to arrive at 2:45am and is over 3 hours late and now not expected until 7am ! Customer service granted no help or answers ! This is unacceptable & I’m going to lose my job due to this inconvenience . Never again, your thee WORST
