During roof repair projects, it is vital that care is taken around mechanical units to avoid unnecessary damage and cost. A mechanical contractor can be retained to temporarily disconnect and reconnect units if needed.

Leaks were reported at the tops of these windows, which aligned with stained cracks in the balconies above. Unsealed cracks in balconies can allow water to bypass window sealant and leak in your unit. To fix: Seal cracks from above or waterproof the balcony. @EdisonEngineers

Now that's a roof blister! Blisters can form air or water are trapped between layers of membrane or between the membrane and the roof substrate. Avoid popping the blister prior to completing a proper repair! @EdisonEngineers
