Think that I am going to have to stop using @Grubhub, as I keep having problems with orders.Orders not going through, not being made, delivered to the wrong address, nor delivered. I think that I am going to have to stick with using @DoorDash, as I don't have trouble with them.

@Grubhub_Care why do you have drivers accepting orders, driving the opposite direction of the restaurant for 20 minutes then back to a knowingly closed restaurant? How do I file a complaint for a driver clearly multi apping and ruining my damn dinner cause nothing is open now

Hey @Grubhub! How about delivering my order at the time promised when I order instead of delaying it :15 to :30 every time I order? Because when I finally get it, the food is cold and the ice melted in the drinks.

@Grubhub you absolutely suck! Today your driver sat in one spot for two hours with my order. I received a refund which came in the form of a credit and I’m trying to use it now and you’re telling me that the restaurant is closed, but it’s not! I also have no way to reach you!
