@bt_uk The email [email protected] is advertised in one of the emails my mum has received but when contacted it bounces back as no longer in use? The bigger issue is lack of accessibility, but for now id be happy with some help for my parents. Any help very much welcomed

@bt_uk Hi Paddy, i dont actually want to make a complaint i want help with my order. Ive tried to cancel a £140+ contract and move to much cheaper one, still with BT but have no idea on where things are and meanwhile same £140+ is being billed.

@bt_uk Ive a contract query. I trying to resolve it on behalf of my parents. They are being charged over £140 monthly for services they do not want and trying to move their contract has been a dreadful experience in terms of communication. Can you help me check the status of order pls?

@SophieCarrPhoto Brilliant shots, it reminds me of my visit. I climbed to the top of Blahnúkúr when i visited back in 2019 and took advantage of a couple of hikers who were placed in an excellent locations to show the scale of the landscape! The most amazing place, thanks for sharing your images

@chloeltear Id say don't feel the need to suddenly feel comfortable using the word. I'm well over a decade with a severe/profound level of hearing loss and still don't see myself as 'disabled', hearing aids and all. You'll also have an opportunity to be a leader in teaching others, grab it.
