Spent the day at Nottingham Trent University with @_SWESC and @ukhomeoffice and colleagues in the collaboration community designing a National tool kit for blue light #collaboration projects and business benefits. Really interesting day learning from other areas @northyorkspfcc

One evening I answered my door after hearing it being kicked, opened to find Wendy, a neighbour & young daughter. Wendy was leaning against wall in visible distress pointing at her throat. Immediately started back slaps & abdo thrusts, after x 2 cycles a pear drop shoots out.
